I Don’t Teach Leadership Theory.
I Build Leadership Capacity.
I’m Dr. Kristen Craft.
Former principal.
Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Certified in DISC and leadership development.
Trainer. Speaker. Leadership architect.
But credentials aren’t the most important part of this story.
Experience is.
That question led me into deeper study:
• Positive psychology
• Brain science + nervous system regulation
• Communication frameworks
• Trauma-informed leadership
• Generational workforce shifts
And eventually, it led me to build something of my own.
Not soft leadership.
Sustainable leadership.
The Turning Point
I stopped asking:
“How do I push harder?”
And started asking:
“What if leadership isn’t supposed
to feel like survival?”

My Philosophy
I don’t believe in hustle culture.
I don’t believe burnout is noble.
I don’t believe leadership is about personality.
I don’t believe women need more confidence coaching.
I believe they need capacity.
I believe leaders need frameworks.
I believe organizations must evolve or become irrelevant.
And I believe high-capacity women are done shrinking to fit rooms they’ve already outgrown.

The OLIVE Method™ wasn’t created in a vacuum.
It was forged in real leadership, real systems, and real recovery.
The OLIVE Method™ is the framework I wish I had earlier.
It is the framework I use to help leaders:
Build clarity without chaos
Expand capacity without burnout
Communicate with precision
Align action with values
Lead into the future, not the past
It is both strategic and deeply human.
And it works because it integrates:
Positive psychology
Brain science
Communication frameworks
Generational intelligence
Real organizational leadership
Not theory alone. Application.
